Household Hazardous Waste Collection

Public Works offers a program that assists solid waste residential customers with the proper disposal of their household hazardous waste (HHW). Use this form to request pickup for disposal of hazardous waste.

One HHW home collection is allowed per Solid Waste customer per calendar year. Any additional requests submitted will be cancelled.

Only customers with a solid waste account are eligible. Please refer to the upper right corner of your City Services Bill to obtain your account number. If you are unsure of your eligibility to participate in this program, please contact the HHW team at hhwcollection@phoenix.gov.

4 Digit Personal Identification Number (PIN)

The PIN protects your privacy, prevents unauthorized access to your account and allows you to access your account information using our automated phone system and PHX Pay Online.
